We collect what we need to deliver your service. We don't sell it. We don't share it outside of what's required to run the business. We use privacy-first analytics that don't track individuals. That's the whole thing.
When you use our site audit tool, checkout, or contact forms, we may collect: your name, email address, business name, website URL, and any information you provide in form fields. We do not collect or store payment card information — all payments are processed directly by Stripe.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site. It is cookieless and privacy-first — it collects aggregate data (page views, referrers, browser types) without identifying individual visitors. No tracking pixels, no behavioral profiles.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's privacy policy governs their collection and use of your payment data. We receive only a transaction confirmation — not your card details.
We use collected information to: deliver the services you purchased, send build status updates and project communications, respond to support requests, and send occasional product updates to active subscribers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties outside of direct service delivery.
MachSites accesses Google Business Profile data via Google APIs on behalf of our clients, with their explicit authorization. This includes performance data (impressions, direction requests, phone calls) and publicly-visible review content associated with their business listings.
We access this data solely to provide the services our clients have requested — specifically, displaying Business Profile performance summaries and review feeds within their MachSites dashboard. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the requested service. We do not share this data with any third party.
Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This site uses minimal cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout as part of fraud prevention. Our analytics (Cloudflare) are cookieless. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain client records for up to 3 years for accounting and service continuity purposes. Onboarding information submitted during the build process is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within 5 business days.
MachSites is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
